Easy Returns & Exchanges

Organic Clothing Line offers a full refund if the item is faulty, damaged or significantly different to those shown or described to you; or not doing what it is supposed to. Please return within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the price of purchase (excluding delivery).

For exchanges, the item must be returned to us unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as received. A pre-paid self addressed post bag must be included for the shipping of the exchanged item. Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days (within Australia) and 30 days (outside Australia).

Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided if you change your mind. We do not exchange sale items.

We want to maintain our customer service and quality of our products so contact us with your feedback.

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days of Order Confirmation subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.

 

How to return/exchange

1. Email us at info@organicclothingline.com with your order number and which item(s) you would like to exchange/refund.

3. Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund/exchange within 5 business days (please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to show in your account)

Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card.
Return shipping must be prepaid via traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery.

 

Refunds policy

we will provide you with a refund on full-priced items where:
your original order is 10 items or less
the items are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached.
the items have not been worn, damaged or washed.
you notify us for a refund/exchange within 7 days of receipt.
the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.
the items are faulty (unless caused by you)
your items received are different to the goods you have ordered.
we do not refund original shipping fees unless items are deemed faulty.
please note: we do not refund sale goods unless deemed faulty.

Exchange policy

You may exchange your garment for any item of your choice (subject to availability).

Please note: sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.

Exchanges will only be accepted if;

Your original order is 10 items or less.
The goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached.
The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed.
You notify us to exchange within 7 days of receipt of goods.
